I recently read about these being the Best marine deep cycle batteries in this forum are they available in Ontario I'm in Whitby My current battery drained down as I left my running lights on overnight and when I tried to charge it on my new charger it kept telling me I have defective internal cell and stopped charging its about 3-4 years old. I'm going on a trip next weekend to Lake Kipawa and need to get a replacement I don't think I have any warranty left on it it came from a battery manufacturer in Ajax Ontario.

Thanks just checked with them The cost they quoted was $404 plus tax pretty expensive it has a full 3 year replacement, however I could probably buy 2 less expensive ones over a 5 year period. I'm curious to know if there is a product available that has a good pedigree.

I did the same thing draining a battery out, used the fancy charger and it wouldn't charge, I used a $6 trickle charger and it got a charge into it after 12 hrs, now it charges properly on the new charger... saved me some bucks...

I had a battery that i did the same thing to and it wouldnt take a charge. Took it to a battery guy (now out of business) and he put it on a 2 amp trickle charge and left it there for a few days and loaned me a battery to use in the mean time. It worked and I got another 2 years out of the battery before it really died. Low and slow charge.
