Had some great outings this weekend.

Friday morning pre storm bite was amazing. We boated double digit walleyes trolling 8-11 ft of water in and out of the weeds.

Saturday I had low expectations as I suck at fishing post thunderstorm (or the fish suck i'm not really sure). Turned out with the sun and wind made things perfect. Too windy to troll so we casted and drifted thick weeds in 5-10 ft of water. Double digits again.

The last season I had that was as good as this was 2013 with very similar conditions. I think the lower water and the early spring have conditions perfect IMHO.
