Im thinking of taking the sled out off of Baim Park by the Air Force base. Any info on ice conditions out that way? Thanks in advance..

The 200 other guys out there Saturday with us running around with bikes and sleds will tell you otherwise ........

8"-10" of ice everywhere we drilled, right up to the pressure crack out near the channel. That being said, with the extra snowfall out there today, use good judgment and be safe.

the atv went through a week ago i thought...i'll have to go back and read the thread but I know it was closer to last weekend, not this weekend. it was posted a while ago

just checked. the thread started january 31st so thats 2 weeks ago. the ice should be much more sled-worthy now depedning on the area. but as always proceed with caution....never know where a weak spot is hiding under the snow

Im going to give Bain park a try this afternoon with the snowmobile. We were all catching walleye the last time out. I will post ice conditions when I check it out

A good 8 inches everywhere i have drilled. Lots of sleds and bikes out today.
