Hey guys coming up this Saturday from a couple hours east to fish the Shermans point area but I work til 10pm Friday night and am unsure if it's worth being on the ice for the early morning bite or if i should just sleep in and show up for some midday perch and the evening bite so how have you guys been making out lately? Any helpful opinions are appreciated thanks guys! Tight Lines!

May be better to do Eve bite if you haven't been out recently. Always better going in daylight for safety reasons. That said I've personally caught more fish at dusk then dawn on the ice.

I've been finding the evening bite more productive this year
