Hello:

Looking for some feedback from anglers in regards to a Guys & Gals tournament that my finance and I are organizing for the 2017 Season. All NET proceeds (after payouts) will be going towards Jessie Doxtator & Keith Chesterton's future wedding on ice. As many of you know, we were engaged in our ice hut on March 1st 2016 and will be getting married on our skates in Wellington for our hockey themed wedding. By entering this tournament all ANGLERS will be provided with FREE Buck & Doe Tickets (For a later/different date event).

Details thus far which we would like any feedback and suggestions on -

Where: Bay of Quinte (Belleville Boat Launch) - Lake Ontario will be OFF limits

Time: 7am-3pm (WEIGH IN 3PM) ONLY A ONE DAY TOURNAMENT
DATE: LOOKING FOR SUGGESTIONS (possible Dates... Sat Aug 12th OR Sun Aug 13th OR Sat Aug 19th) - PLEASE SEE POLL OPTION ABOVE

Cost: $100 PER BOAT (GIRL & GUY TEAM) OR $120 (2 GUY TEAM)** ++++ BIG FISH $$
** IF 2 Male Anglers than at least ONE GUY must dress up as a female during the weigh in at 3pm (dress, bikini, heels, etc.)

ENTRY DETAILS: An entry form can be provided via email or in person and deadline to register will be 5 DAYS PRIOR TO TOURNAMENT (NO DAY OF ENTRIES) THIS INCLUDES ALL MONEY RECEIVED 5 DAYS IN ADVANCE (Either E-Transfer or paid in person)

PAYOUTS: Will be determined based on # of boats entered

RULES: Will be following basic Quinte Fishing Series rules

LOOKING FOR: A VOLUNTEER TO BE THE WEIGH MASTER - IF anyone is interested in helping us out with that, please let me know.

Any feedback on this future tournament including any suggestions, please comment below. Also please help us pick a date as we know there are conflicts with other tournaments in the area.
