My son and I made these for my boats. Made the triple trees and the T-bar dipsy holders for the big boat and the a set of double trees with gunnel mounts for the small boat. All have the adjustable angles using pressure fit plastic handle knobs. The T-bars also have the set screw to remove from the base. These were made from aluminum using an arc welder. The weld isn't as pretty as the TIG Splatters mostly) but definitely has strength. Used the triple trees last year and they work great, The others are new this year, used the gunnel mount once and it work great too.
