I have 7 guys (3 boats) heading to picton to launch for th opener this year and was just wondering what the parking avalablity was like. This is the launch right in town. Thanks.

It will be very busy so depends what time you get there and what day. Usually lot fills up by midnight fri night. There is parking along the road also.

McFarland is Quinte Conservation, nothing on their website about fees. Might be a donation can. It's a pretty steep ramp but good. If I remember right the dock can chew up your boat. I might be thinking of the dock at the end of Hay Bay. I'm sure it'll be busy.

With the high water most of the ramps will be a dream. You could launch at the ferry and not even get truck tires wet.
