Planning on fishing the Bonnet soon. Is it closer to launch out of Brighton or Wellers?

I've done both ways. It's pretty close to the same distance either way to the bonnet itself. Difference would be if you wanted to target an area around it, north side closer to Brighton, east side closer to Wellington

As has been said, very close to same distance depending on which side of the Bonnet you wish to fish. More important is to check the wind forecast. You may be comfortable fishing/ running with the wind vs running in a cross chop.I personally like the Brighton side launches over the Wellington launch, one needs to take ' parking' into account as well.

Where do you launch in Brighton I saw a small launch with what looked to be half dozen parking spaces

There's one south on Ontario Street straight off the sharp turn before you hit presquile park.
