I rec'd a note from a board member, who cautioned everyone to be on the watch for things floating in the high water.

He rescued a dock, seen another float by yesterday in the storm, countless trees and various floating garbage have floated from being dislodge by the high water.

Be careful, especially those out at 0001 on Saturday.

Very very true. The night will be scary when people get running around or weighing fish.

The gap and areas around Amherst were a mine field of floating debris last week. I can only imagine what the inner bay looks like.

We saw floating branches, small logs, a railway tie and orange fencing all in the same day.

Be safe everyone and take your time if running. That water is still cold for swimming.
