Anyone connected to bass tournaments is aware that Belleville is the host city for the kickoff of the Berkley B1 series of tournaments. http://www.berkleyb1.com/ Registration numbers to date are showing approx 90 teams including a mix of top local talent and traveling pros like the Izumi's, Johnston's and alike. The top prize will be a Ranger boat, motor and trailer. In addition to the tournament there will be vendor booths and more. All of this takes place at the Herchimer st. boat launch this weekend June 30 - July 01st.
