Belleville Boat Launch

Hello All
I'm new to the board.....I'm planning to take me young kids fishing for eyes. I'm sure perch would make their day as well....does anyone know if the boat launch in Belleville is open or not? I herd it was closed due to water levels.

I believe the herchimer boat launch is open but I could be weong
