Neighbor at the park caught this trolling for eyes on a spinner/worm. Anyone know what it is?

I dont know for sure. Neighbor said it had a lot more pink color to it than it does when the picture was taken.

Looks like what I call a chub shinner. Usually catch them lots in the trent river in the spring. Some I am assuming the males will have colours almost like rainbows
