Anyone know if the ice is good to quad from apt Anne to Big Bay??

I went on from big Island. 12 inches of ice. Still pastable with an atv

I would also like to know if any one has went off PT Anne and if so how much ice is there? Is it safe enough for a ATV or skidoo. Thanks
