Hello all, gonna take the grandkids out this aft and must drag my portable out walking...
I have a Smitty sled to load everything on, but don't wanna be struggling getting out....
Looking to go where there is a well worn path/road, lol...
Planning on George St, but also considering Potters and Point Ann narrows.

Any advice would be appreciated!!

Not sure if the conditions there, but wear cleats. The bare patches are very slick, and with a dusting of snow on them they will be hard to keep balance

It is good advice Always bring cleats ! I got caught once out at a bungalow without them We had to walk out and in It was fine the first day - then it rained overnight and froze Was like walking on wet glass - never again !! I can’t imagine pulling a heavy sled on ice like that I went out of Potters last week in some crazy winds by the time I came in was big patches of slick ice - always bring cleats
