Does anyone know if Grant McAllister still provides guided walleye trips on Quinte?

Thanks, Mike

I bet he was the best ice fishermen on Quinte. I. Fished with him lots of times and man, he could catch fish thst were not even there lol. One day he was popping one fish after another and got bored so he gave me his rod, hole and hut and I couldn't even mark a fish. He for back in and started catching again.

Oh my lord, what was the cause of his passing. I used Grant in 2013 and my youngest son caught a 12.75 walleye at Hay Bay

You gotta be shitting me... He was a great guy, and guide! Met him in Napanee several times usually after fishing the bay we'd share stories when getting food and drinks afterwards!
That is sad... my condolences to all.
Teppy

He died in his sleep and as stated the cause was never released. In his obituary it spoke of his battle with his demons. Usually when you see that type of wording in an obituary it refers to addictions.

Hello all, to answer all your questions grant or kizz as we called him passed in my home, he was staying with us preparing to go to Manitoba too work at a fishing guide resort type place He was very excited!!! I believe it was a week or 2 before he was to leave we went to work for a few day with a friend doing some industrial type landscaping and kizz being that stubborn maniac we all loved he refused to cover his head , it was the hottest day we had thus far and possibly all last summer, when we got home he had pretty severe heat stroke though he kept hydrating eating and was in a.c. he passed away that night in his sleep, his heart couldn't take it. He is severely loved and greatly missed. He was my friend he was my brother
