Hi folks!

I have to find a new company to insure my fishing boat, which is a 23' Princecraft Corsica, aluminum hull. I need regular coverage for leisure boats. Anyone have a company to suggest? I got a quote from Premier marine in B.C. but I want to make some comparisons. I have a friend with the same boat that pay less but his company is in Quebec Province and they don't insure Ontario residents.

Those past years I was a member of the Ontario Sportfishing Guides Association and I had a commercial insurance allowing me to run a charter business but now that Transport Canada is coming with out of this world regulations and strict inspections I'll have to switch back to leisure fishing only (I was runing a charter 4 weeks a year only, it make no sense to invest over 5000$ just to meet those regulations!)

Thanks for your help!

Hello,
Is there a web link that has the new regulations...? I would like to know what cost $5000 to meet the new regulations.

Thanks'
