bent another pole the other day so that makes 3 of 4 that I need to replace. Still works but a pain to set up and break down. New poles are cheap but shipping from Clam is crazy due to their size. Suggestions on cheap fix? They are pretty delicate so I'm thinking there's lots of clam owners out there who have run into this. Tks.

I went to Canadian Tire Cat Ctr last year when I bent a tent pole, they had a good selection of assorted sizes and universal ones too. Might be worth a look.

If you know an electrician with a conduit pipe bender he could bend you some new pipe. Probably have the pipe size you need as well.

If they are solid fiberglass, I have used driveway markers from Canadian tire. They come in different diameters and you can cut to the length required. So long as you don't mind yellow poles...

tks for the responses. expensive even to ship to my NY mailbox on welesley isl. aluminum poles that slide into each other. i will check out getting some simple aluminum poles and having them bent.
