Garage Builder - Options

Can any of you fellow Quinte anglers recommend a contractor that is able to construct an approx 16 x 30 garage, either separately or attached to an already single car garage?

Don Fenwick builds a nice garage. He's built 4 shops for different family members of mine, he's out of Enterprise.

Just built a 40 by 80 garage for me... Works in the County and surrounding area, lives by Deseronto bridge.

Not to highjack but what’s a ballpark cost to build an average garage like the above 16x30? 40-50k?

Probably around 40k depending on additions. I just put up 24 x 28 for 65-75k.
