Hey fellas, has anyone had any success with jet divers? And if so, can you troll with deep crank baits possibly adding more depth or is it best to stay with harnesses or floating baits?

I use size 20 and 30 jet divers for my summer spoon program. I would also use them for harnesses but If you want to get a diving crank deeper add a snap weight. How deep do you want to be?

If you are trolling a deep crankbait and want to be in the 20-40 range,. You're already there. Some cranks will get to 30 ft by themselves, reef runner 800s , Rapala taildancer 11s to name a couple. Also keep in mind the worse thing you can do is troll a lure under the fish. Walleye have been known to come up as far as 30 ft to hit it but very rarely will ever hit a bait trolled Bellow them.
