My Dad came over from Scotland recently so I thought we would head out of Wellington to see if the lakers were around. They didn't disappoint us as we boated quite a few. Most came in around 50 fow with the riggers down near bottom and Dipsys 120 feet back did the trick as well. We haven't seen each other in 2.5 years so it sure made for a great way to spend the day together.

Not much beats fishing with your Dad.

Any chance you get to make memories just adds to the scrapbook when they're gone. Dad wasn't much for the water but he taught me how to fish. It's been 3 years and I dearly miss the phone call to ask how the fishing was. Thanks for sharing.

One of the last trips I ever did with my dad was fishing near the same area. Browns in Athol Bay.. Posted the results in this very board. A memory I'll always cherish...
