Any reports on Salmon activity out of Wellington yet ?

We were out last week off Nichols and picked up a few Lakers and a 21" Atlantic. Didn't try much deeper than 60 FOW. I wanted to try out near the lighthouse or over at Salmon point to see if there were any kings there, but never made it. Curious if anyone knows if they are starting to show up out there ?

I was out there yesturday and two boats I fishing around caught 6or 7 and few bows. But I couldn’t seem to hook one. I have a post on spoonpullers. They had two over 20lbs.

Was out today. Caught 2 shaker kings. Marked some good ones and streakers. Marked zero bait. Lots of boats out.

Slow day for us yesterday. We hit Salmon point at 7am with 1 laker @ 17lbs. Motored over to the south end of Palen bank after a few hours and trolled all the way to Nichols, not a sniff. We finally resorted to fishing lakers around Nichols for the last part of the day. 2 more lakers and we were off the water. We never marked much the whole time. We used spoons from 35' to 80' and everywhere in between. Nice a calm though
