So, I have a meeting in Trenton tomorrow and I was hoping to bring my 17 footer to go for some salmon off Wellington, but the weather looks like that would be a death-wish tomorrow morning. My question is, are there any sheltered bays on quinte for me to target some walleye, or is it best not to trailer the boat for 4 hours......
thanks guys!!

In a 17’ v hull boat u can fish anywhere tomorrow on quinte. Doesn’t look bad at all. 15-20km is very doable.

Thanks, BigMac, I never look at winds on my home water so it’s a little daunting to drive 4 hours to launch when you’re not sure!
