Hey everyone we are planning coming up later in November for a fall bite, we will try the regular areas near the ferry and picton. We are planning on bringing my nephew with us for his first trip to the Bay, just wondering if there are any areas that will offer a more active bite for smaller fish, I know fall days can be slow going for the bigger walleyes, we are used to it lol, just don’t want to bore the little guy to much of things are slow, or maybe we would be better to have him wait for our spring trip?? Open to opinions

I'd say get some worms and do some jigging. I am sure you will likely find some perch, or bass. The area just to the east of the ferry on the north side produces some good fish, as does the point and the inside of glenn island (both points). Pretty confident you'd find something there.

Normally out off the deeper water off of Thompson’s point produces a lot of smaller fish jigging as well in the fall. I’ve caught in the 20+ range before out there but no fish was bigger than 3lbs

around foresters island is always good to keep the kids occupied with catching fish
