Quinte Fishing

I was into J&P Marine in Belleville today and noticed they had this old picture on the wall with a couple guys holding a fish. The fish looks to be a muskie and the little plaque attached says Bay of Quinte '51, 37.5 lbs, 51inches. The picture used to hand on the wall at the old Bailey's restaurant until it closed. The caption asks if anyone knows who the Anglers are. Thought it be neat if after all these years someone actually recognized them. Here's the picture

Over the years I (inadvertently) caught a lot of Pike in BoQ. Not one was bigger than 24".
