Hi All. Back from almost 30 years missing the BOQ.
Question is: Has anyone come up with a favorite hole layout for their pop up?
I have a woods 97" x 90" and a Hummingbird Helix 5 G2 ice. Went to a little unnamed lake by Bon Echo Saturday. 5 inches of clear ice but nothing but my jig bouncing around. Probably 35 holes throughout the day.
Not really much to post, just happy to be home.

I drill a hole in two corners for two people jigging and I drill another somewhere behind me wherever there is room for a deadstick. Sometimes I'll drill another hole outside for another deadstick very close to the door within arms reach.

I am usually by myself in my 2 man flip over and typically do a triangle pattern , transducer in the middle , jigging rod in the left hole and another rod in a holder with a rattle bait on it that I will aggressively jig every now and then to draw fish in

Thanks guys.
I always had a permanent hut I set down near Deseronto. Looking forward to being able to be mobile.
Bunch of us are headed to Shabomeka this weekend and if the ice isn't good, another hour north and smaller lakes.
Gotta love Canada.
