How thick is the ice at potters today want to take kids out.

Probably not the best time to take kids out on ice yet ...not the best ice and many open areas ...I would wait till after cold snap

Anyone know what the ice is like at Potters? I'm coming from Oshawa so hoping it has held up this week. Heading out tomorrow morning.

Not sure how thick the ice is but I drove by tonight after work and there was 8-10 guys out fishing. With these cold temps it should keep making ice no problem.
