Went out with RobEves and Don to chase some Lakers on what was a beautiful day with no wind and a beauty bright blue sky. Set up in 65' and had one on that took 10 minutes to get it up to the hole only to loose it. After that no more marks. Rob decided on a location change and we set up in 30'. Water was so clear you could see the zebra mussels and the Lakers come in and chase your bait, basically sight fishing Lakers. Went 6/8 with all fish 10-12 lbs. The fish were aggressive and some of them chased the bait to within a few feet from the hole and others no mark on the screen or warning and just showed up and engulfed the bait. Thanks Rob and Don had a great time!

I was on Lobo today and marked a few but none on the hook. Fished from 100' down to 65', the guy just 200 ' from me was fishing 20 -30' and land one I believe he said it was 31". Good for him and myself I had a good day on the ice. 8)
Congrats Dan.

I fished a bit in front off LGS Saturday. 55ft of water...indeed, really clear. Could see my white jig all the way on bottom in a dark hut.

No lakers, I would have liked to move in but wasn't punching any more holes through that ice with a hand auger lol.

Did see lots of what I'm pretty sure were ciscos/herring. A few big schools and they come right up to the hole. video--> https://streamable.com/oqazj

Anyone who knows what they're doing and wants a partner pm me... I don't know that area well enough to go alone.
