Have a couple 7lbs cannonball style weights for a manual rigger. Upgrading to some electric downriggers, looking to buy a couple heavier weights, maybe a different style.

Checked out crappytire, no luck, have some downriggers but don't sell balls. Haven't called up pro tackle yet.

Anyone know who keeps weights in stock, or anyone with a connection to a person that makes weights and would be willing to make/sell me a set (two downriggers).

Thanks!

If you can hold off for a couple days, we MIGHT let go of our Big Water Stuff. Included are several 10 or more pound weights, PLUS a pair of Walker Electric Downriggers that are 'elderly', BUT haven't seen any use over the past ten years, and still work perfectly. Estimate less than 40-50 hrs on the Riggers.

We'll be back on here with a decision by Wednesday latest. Sorry if that's too late. We just cleaned house in the basement where all our Fishing Tackle resides, and at 76 yrs doubt we'll be 'returning to action' any time soon.~

Thanks on the heads up with closa, feel like the odds are good, but I'll be away for work. Wordpecker, I'll keep an eye out. Even if you don't sell your open water stuff, send me a pm sometime, I'm young, have a 19' Lund and launch solo regularly. Would be more then willing to get you out on a nice day in my boat for some Lake Ontario lakers this year. I'm sure I'd learn more with you in a day on the water than I could figure out on my own in a month.
