Next week we are coming up from NY to Picton. We generally fish north to Mowhawk Bay and west to the Narrows. We haven had much luck the past 4 or 5 years. We tend to pick up a few small ones on Mowhawk bay and if we get real lucky we have a spot about a mile or so south of there towards Picton in the river. Any suggestions???

There were a number of fish caught in Hay Bay last weekend, at the east end on the flats and around Ram IS.

Might be a consideration travelling towards Mohawk from PIcton

Hey bud, I had good luck by the power lines in Deseronto!!!! Also heard alot of fish came up from around the cement factory in Picton! All mine were caught on Erie Dearies, but also heard husky jerks are producing bigger fish! GL

I'll also be fishing around the opening of the river this weekend and Mohawk Bay.

Anyone know if they're still in the area? I usually fish Hay Bay and so I'm not too knowledgable about this area.

Cheers.

Try your spot in the River, we were slamming them there. All 2-4 lbs.

Cheers

P.S.

Hay Bay was good to us also.
