First time really gunna try to go out for Lakers tomorrow. I just basically want to get out fishing. All I have is dipsy divers I know how to run them and some spoons. I’m going to go out from finkles just curious on what depths I should maybe concentrate on possible a direction where to go. I’m just like everyone else looking for a bent rod. Thanks in advance

I'm heading out as well around 2:30 p.m. at Finkles, great day for it. 1st time in 2 or 3 years so not sure either where to go. Will probably set up SW towards the island point in 100 ft of water and see what shows on the sonar.

I’d be looking for 40-60fow in areas with underwater rock piles or points that come off shore. Work south of the gap on the western tip of Amherst. Fish are suspended and you won’t always mark them. Keep a line or two around 20-25 feet down regardless of what depth your over.

fished 3-7, marked enough but couldn't get a bite. seemed most people at the launch had a tough day.
