to bad there is not a "CAT" Division in the Derby, this old girl came out of the Napanee river just east of Unger Island, what a blast to catch.

Got one like that size at Ram island last summer...wish I had took a minute to get a picture ..at the time just wanted the big nasty thing out of the boat lol .but awesome ...there are some big kitties in there and if you run into one, usually lots more around in my experience

thanks for the comments, on my 6' jigging rod with 8 lbs braid it was almost 20 minutes before we saw her. after 10 minutes we knew it was not an eye was expecting a carp. 50 lbs scale on the seat only got 1/2 way, 24 and change ,had as much fun as the size of the smile on my face. As a LEAF FAN DON'T GET TO DO THAT MUCH. stay safe out there
