I caught a single silver bass on the weekend, in Trenton across from the base, near the south shore line. I was hoping that meant they were going to be in the river. I went and fished at the mouth of the river in Trenton yesterday evening for a couple of hours and did not catch any. I tried a drop shot leech (what I caught it on a few days earlier) at various depths and a couple of small swim baits. I didn't catch anything at all yesterday and fished from approx 6:15 until 7:45. I did come across something on the Panoptix which looked to be schooled up pretty tight but couldn't tell what is was. Pics attached.

I caught some today drifting past Freshco. Wasn't what I was after but it was all I caught.

Thanks so much for your report and seems they are coming in now.
I don’t have a boat but I will try to go go Victoria Day to try on shore.
Thanks again!
