Given a report on our stay, had a week of walleye fishing and as usual, worm harnesses best, orange beads with gold or bronze blade was best fished about 1mph. They worked all day, however the evening bite was banging on purple with white or red bellies on the size 5 flicker shad, trolling about 2mph to 2.3mph in the big bay. We caught two 30 inch pike and about 80 walleye, ranging from 2 to 6 pounders, harnesses best for the bigger fish. Find a rock or hump and stay on it especially evenings, lots of fish on the screen, tons of perch and white bass/perch, suprisingly no sheepheads, water steady at 58 degrees., It should really heat up over the next two weeks, Good Luck Guys.
