I've been surfing this forum for many weeks, this'll be my first post, and here it goes...
Stayed at Mohawk Bay Park in Deseronto. Very friendly service, highly recommend for beginner pickerel 101.

Arrived sat afternoon, the weather was nicer than the forecast, 20km/h wind, cloudy with no rain at all!
That afternoon, caught 3 small eaters. All using chartuse #3 Blk Fury. Water temp was at 62F.

Biggest pickeral, not so big compair to my other catches.

Next morning, caught a nice slab around 11-12" Live minnow.

Hope every one else had a great weekend. Heading to Trent Sys Locks in Kaw-Lakes next opening weekend. Lots fish and ppl!

Nice crappie, good group of people at Mohawk Bay park. Of course I better agree with you about the park because he is my brother-in-law, :lol:
