Earlier in this thread it mentions that the property owner is a Mr. Bob Mcdonald and tho I've never used this launch the angling community
owes him our thanks. And a special thanks to the cleaning crew.

Actually, when we were chatting with him he mentioned deeded access. Not sure what the the fine print on the document covers, ownership vs access

Deeded access gives him right of way over the land. Does not matter who owns it. If he wants it blocked and the cement plant owns it and there are no other deeded access users that disagree I am sure that the cement plant could or would block it off. They can also put up a chain or gate it is private access not public.

That's pretty accurate. Deeded access gives right to specific use only. Deeded easement is entirely different and transferred by deed. It is important that we all know who we are accountable to for this launch. LaFarge is the ultimate decision maker here. One would hope pressure by locals is a deterrent to those who are so irresponsible dumping garbage.
Great job guys!

Someone who I was talking to down there brought up the issue of fire and rescue access which is why it would likely never be completely blocked. They require the access...it is possible it could be gated with a lock though, don't know the fire department's rules/protocols relating to that
