Called Quinte Conservation today to get an annual pass for parking and boat ramps...

As it stands you are going to pay for a service that they may not have. The pass $50.00 for parking and or $60.00 for boat ramps will include all parking and launches that fall under their umbrella.
The list of ramps and parking locations are not available since some of the PEC ramps are(may) be going back to the county as well as some of the Hastings County lots may be going back to the municipalities.

So now you decide do you pay $5.00 a pop for parking or $10.00 a launch?
Or do you buy a pass which is considerably cheaper for the year and just not know how long or where it is good for?

Potters Creek, Vanderwater are the only 2 that the Quinte Con. answered as yes when asked. She would not give me the other ramp names because they may be taken off of the list. All that Sam from Quinte Con. would tell me was that some of the other ramps were being sent back to or asked to have them back by the Prince Edward County and Hastings County Municipal Jurisdictions. Sorry, no more info at this time is what I was told. Options are Pay as you use or an app called McKay Pay if you want to buy a seasonal.

50-60$ for a crappy (wellington) rundown launch (except 2 in belleville)... what a bargain.

How bout some of my 45% tax dollars for launch fees ? perfect, deal !

Quinte Conservation site shows these places with boat ramps are run by them,which are $10 per day or $60 for season pass. The other sites are conservation areas $5 per day $50 season pass.

Save your money!!!
Most ramps will be under water worse than last year.
I attended last night's, high water meeting in Napanee, the most optimistic projection had water levels 8" higher than last year, which puts most county, Belleville and Trenton ramps outta comision.
At 20" over last year its going to be a gong show.
No Ramp, no docks and extended no wake zones
Not ever to be one to cry the sky is falling, check out the Unuted Shorelines website and the US Army core of Engineers Lake level forecast, then recall last years flooded ramps.
Save yourmoney and help by contacting you local, provincial and federal representative and ask them what are they doing to help avoid this situation.

Bwhdes,,, i wasnt aware of meeting in nap or i would have went... yes the high water this spring seems to be a garuntee,, theres at least 6 houses on my rd that will be badly affected. 8 inches higher they can probly deal with but 20 inches will be very hard to handle!

It's poor water management, not global warming or climate change. Just saying...
