Were you in a bass boat?
If so, saw you from Mass. Point. Was good to see a boat out...

I was out yesterday for couple hours in the narrows managed 1 pike around 4lbs on a husky jerk,, thats twice ive been out in last week. Think the pike are self isolating ..

LOL
Glad to see some humour on here, we gotta laugh once n awhile.
Me last week I drowned a worm of my wall, it was my birthday so went because I could,
Did you notice I said A worm 2 hours not even a perch, only thing I caught was the start of a "tan line"
lets hope the madness slows down and we can get out safely and spend our idle hours fishin,
free time between filling sandbags of course.
B

Tried again this morning. Stared in the shallows, worked out to 11ft and back in. Nothing. Tried stick baits. Spoons and a horsetail jig.
Had a 4pd pike follow up to the boat after a blue fox strobe spoon in 6 ft. surface temp was 40-42
Have been trying for mud cat at night. they are not in at my place on the bay north shore yet.

I've been out twice for mud cat around Trenton in the last few days/nights. I caught nothing at all. This is the first and second time I've ever been out for mud cats and got skunked! Now that parks and municipal properties are closed, I guess my season is over because I cant even launch my boat with all the launches being closed too!
