The centre street launch is all fenced off and under construction. The park side to the south is also fenced off to prevent shore fishing so it looks like a no go for a while.

I believe my wife said that they're doing inspections for damage along the boardwalk and docks. Should be good to go in a couple of days.

The ramps are blocked of with concrete and construction fence as well.
