I know this has nothing to do with Quinte Fishing but I was hoping some fishermen / fisherwomen on this site might be able to help.

Would like to put a boat in on this lake (north of Havelock/Marmora on the route of the Crowe River south of The Gut Conservation area).

Did so in the 70s from Peck's Camp but their phone # has been disconnected & I can find no on-line references.

Does anyone know if there is a resort/cottages business on Tangamong with a boat launch?

Appreciate any help!

...John

I did a few canoe trips there in the late 90's. There was a right-of-way on Troutling Bay where the boat access cottagers would launch their boats and park. Pretty rough...suitable for tinnies to maybe 16 ft. Our purpose was to take the little creek at the north end of Tangamong into Copeway Lake for a few days camping/fishing...rough going but well worth it...

I was there about 15 years ago and the only public access was a very tough trail into Trouting, barely could bet our canoe into their because of all the big downed trees. But once on had a great day. Good luck

Pecks has been closed for years, no resorts or campgrounds there. Ive seen people park in that access area and park but your taking your chances as it's private.

Thanks guys....Marmora & Lake Twp, Realtors in the area and the Upper Canada Marina in Havelock all reported the same.
Guess I'm not getting my 16' Lowe in there!
