]Hi everyone,

Making my first first report of the Covid-19 Era. My Father and I launched from George St. this morning around 6:40 and headed to the mouth of the trent river what a ride. The Bay was already quite rough and it was a balmy 0° without the windchill. When the Stratos settled down and the forehead thawed out we approached the bridge. The plan was to do some jigging to start the morning. After a few drifts without a bite we decided to try trolling. So over the side with the bottom bouncer and a worm harness we trolled for about a half hour and finally got a bite it was a nice walleye around 3 lbs I would guess. We released the fish and continued trolling making the same pass a few times but couldn't manage to get another bite. Not even a perch which was weird, but that's how it goes sometimes. It was great to get out with my father and hopefully we get to go again soon. I was going to post a photo but I can't seem to get it small enough pixel wise on my phone so I may add it after I resize it. ( figured it out)

Hopefully somebody found some fish today.

Turkey, Deepfriedwalleye,

Thanks! Yep still swimming , I always release the first fish of the season like a show of good faith kind of thing in the hopes the "good karma" will lead to more fish lol... it didn't work yesterday. I didn't take a lot of time to inspect the fish but looking back at the photo I would say a spawned out female would be a good guess.
