Finally ended my longest drought for keeper pickerel ever. My usual summer pattern...casting shoals at dusk, in the Belleville area. Taildancer was the ticket tonight. Sure felt good to feel that classic pickerel 'hit' again. Nothing else like it. Fresh fillets for me & my neighbours.

They were cruising above the weeds in a couple of shoals around Belleville. Got 4 total between 8:45 and 9:30. Got 2 doing a figure 8 beside the boat....which I always do after sundown

Figure 8's for walleye never heard of that b4 , , ill have to give it a shot
