Custom boat covers- advice requested

Hey gang I have a 17 foot Sylvan pro fisherman with a full windshield. I need a quality boat cover for travel etc. ( but not mooring) I called a local provider and was told $1200.00 would be the price. Does this sound like a reasonable price ??????

$1400. for a new travel/mooring cover including custom pockets to allow the rod holders to remain on the boat at the dock, but still cover the rest of the boat.
