Planning to head out to Quinte on Friday. Does anyone know if there is open water at the Collins bay pier? Are there any other piers that might be open that are deep enough to take a 22 foot boat? I also need a pier since I will be launching alone.

Thanks!

Collins bay will be good. It froze up to the dock on Tuesday but was broken up and blown out. This warmer weather the next couple days will keep it good. I also think Portsmouth Olympic harbour is open
