Hey I got my license from the MNR site over my phone wasn't sent a new card only have it on my phone in my emails with the receipt. Is ok to still fish without the outdoors card?

You can certainly fish if you have the official online receipt copy either on your phone or as a printed hard copy. You will eventually get your card in the mail.
