My son and I took a drive to a couple spots to see how the ice is coming. Everything is frozen for as far as the eye could see. Took a few pictures.
First pic is point Anne. If you look close you can see the silos at wagers farm straight across

Presqu’ile Bay completely frozen over almost to lighthouse on point, that was a hard freeze

Lol I was standing on the shoreline where he went out from at the same time you took that picture. I had hut and spud with me but decided I didnt want to play with ice that was cracking as I walked on it. Got probably 40 paces offshore and the spud was going through with a couple wacks. I probably could of tippy toed out there but I left my ballerina slippers at home. Turned around and headed home
