Fished 3x this past weekend. Bite has slowed way down in this area....even jumbos have lock jaw.
Iced a couple....lost a biggun at the hole....but slow. Fishing 14-16'.
Ice near Cow is 4-5"...1" white, rest black. Further toward Peats it gets thicker.
Talked to many....all same. Cold weather great for us...but fish need some time to adapt. (I'M GOING WITH THAT).

Skunk tonight. Marked zero...Talked to 3 other groups...all same. Tough bite here...even perch shut off.

Moved out to 18'....seems to be the ticket with this high pressure cold snap.
