Was out fairly early yesterday with my Dad and Laker John to do some exploring and revisiting some areas of past success.
Left Bayview Resort at 0815 and had a 25 min run, found some nice weed beds and trolled around them for 3 - 4 hours, picked up some nice walleyes- two REAL small ones (9" & 10") glad to see them- they're gonna grow up someday.
Spent a couple hours looking for suspended fish with crankbaits and in-line boards,but all we hook were floating weeds.
Made several more passes at the weed beds and picked up another nice fish.
Back to the dock after a HOT day on the water at 1645.
Total catch for the day was 6 walleyes all taken on the Uzick Spinner and plastic worm combo. Didn't take any pictures all day.

A camper at Bayview hit a nice 6 lber yesterday - over in Mallory Bay ( we think) un confirmed report.
