Not likely! They increased the outflow by 510cms on May 1st because that is what their regulation plan says they have to do for this week.

Not sure their pIan is working too weII. This morning, I went out and the water was so Iow I can see the brand names on the bicycIes that have been chucked into the water. And if the grocery stores are missing shopping carts, I can teII them were at Ieast 7 of them ended up.
