Just moved here and was wondering where I could plant a chair, and catch a few channel cats. I heard napanee river in town.

I have a friend who picked up three while jigging off the Grass Island in Hay Bay, no bank fishing there.

not sure about bank fishing but the last 3 or 4 times I have fished the end of hay bay in a boat from the cuthill launch we have got some big cats. A lot better fight than walleye or pike.
