Ice conditions on Moria Lake

I’m wondering if anyone has any input on the ice conditions for Moria Lake I’ve been hearing there’s ice on the Moria but not sure how much ice there is or if it’s even safe. Looking for any answers please and thank you

To get a rough idea whether lakes have any ice cover at all go the NOAA COASTWATCH site which gives 1 or 2 satellite shots per day. On clear days you can distinguish ice cover from open water.
Go to
https://coastwatch.glerl.noaa.gov/modis/region_map.html
then click Lake Ontario and zoom in. You might also want to open a maps website with satellite view to figure out what you are looking at.

Drove past yesterday. Lots fishing on the W side of the hiway.

Was there yesterday......good black and around 4" where I was set up
